Did you Reach the Peak?
The reach the peak concept is inspired by the mountaineering challenge of reaching the summits of the tallest mountains on all seven continents. These peak inspired tags are ready to have some challenges of their own as they travel the geocaching world!
Denali is the tallest mountain in North America with a height of 6,190 meters (20,308 feet) above sea level. The snowy slopes of Denali soar up to the skies, while the mountain’s peak peers down to the park and nature preserve on the ground below. Visitors from around the world make the trip to Alaska to climb the mountain’s icy heights and see breathtaking natural scenery. The mountain and surrounding park are also well known for the wildlife that call the area home. If a visitor is lucky, they might get to see a caribou, moose, or grizzly bear from a distance.
